Field & Market describes field conditions in coffee-growing regions with measured and forecast data.
The weekly brief
One PDF per region every week: rain in the past 7 days compared with the normal, soil wetness, the forecast for the coming days, vegetation greenness, fires nearby, the crop calendar, the Pacific climate signal and the exchange rate.
The free farm report
A single pin is enough, or plots drawn on the map or uploaded as a file (CSV, Excel, KML or GeoJSON). Once the email address is confirmed, the report for those locations arrives by email within about 15 minutes. The same form also subscribes to the weekly brief for chosen regions.
Each report contains:
- Field conditions for each area: rain, soil wetness, the forecast and vegetation greenness
- Season and climate: the crop calendar and the Pacific climate signal
- Market: the local currency against the US dollar
- EU forest check per plot: forest cover in 2020 and tree cover loss since 2021, with a small map
